flavourful dish made by stir-frying cooked rice with different ingredients.
Fried rice is much like Chinese cuisine; it’s a perfect example in which leftover or extra rice is turned into a delicious meal. The basic ingredients
used in this dish are typically vegetables such as peas, carrots, and proteins
like egg, chicken, and shrimp. Seasoned with garlic, soya sauce, ginger, and
sometimes with other sauces. Fried rice combines flavours and textures, making
it a popular and easy or tasty side dish for lunch or dinner.

Cooking:
To make fried rice, first we have to boil rice. Place a boiling pan on the flame with 3 litters of water, salt, vinegar, and cooking oil. Let them boil with water, after boiling water, add rice and boil for 10 to 12 minutes until the rice is fully cooked on a medium flame. After boiling rice for 10 to 12 minutes, scoop it from the pan into a dish. Spread the rice, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and mix well with the rice so the rice does not stick together. Add eggs to a bowl, add food colour, and whisk the eggs well. Now, place a wok on a high flame and add 3 tablespoons of oil.
Heat the oil add the egg mixture

Now add boiled rice to the wok and mix the ingredients well. Now add the spices, black pepper crushed, salt, and soya sauce. Mix the spices with rice and your
