Making:
Chicken Fritters (pakora) is a delicious snack that is made in different ways like boiling chicken or without boiling chicken. Some recipes also use corn flour or rice flour to get extra crispiness. In this recipe, we make chicken fritters (pakora) without Boiling. Let’s start to make this delicious snack with boneless chicken. Take chicken in the bowl and cut into bite-sized cubes. Add crushed spices and other ingredients like lemon juice, hot sauce, garlic paste, and egg to make marination.
Mix the ingredients well so the chicken soaks the flavour of spices and add a little bit of water to mix easily and to make a smooth mixture. After mixing well leave the marinated chicken for 2 hours. Place a pan with oil on a medium flame for fraying. Heat the oil on medium flame and put the marinated chicken pieces in the oil one by one. Fry the coated chicken in batches and make sure not to overcrowd the pan with chicken pieces. Cook the chicken pieces for 8 to 9 minutes on medium flame.
Do not stir for 1 minute after putting the marinated chicken pieces in the oil and then change the sides occasionally so the chicken Fritters (pakora) cook from every side. Cook for 8 to 9 minutes from every side until chicken fritters (Pakora) turn golden. With the help of a slotted spoon remove from the oil and drain the chicken fritters (pakora) on the paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve this delicious and crispy chicken fritters (pakora) hot with sauces.
