Chicken Korma
Introduction:
Chicken korma is a flavorful and juicy dish from Mughlai cuisine. Chicken korma has a
rich and velvety texture and a tangled blend of spices. In chicken korma, we
have to marinate chicken in yogurt and spices. In the first step, onions are
caramelized until golden brown, giving a sweet and savory base. This step helps
to create juices and flavors of the chicken korma. A mixture of spices, yogurt,

Ingredients:

Yogurt 250 grams
Ginger 1

Garlic 1

tablespoon

tablespoon

Cooking:
To
prepare chicken korma firstly place a pan on the flame and add oil and onion.
Cook the onion until it turns golden brown. Scoop out the golden brown onion
from the pan. Now take a blender and add yogurt, caramelized onions, and water
and blend them well. Now place a pan on the high flame and add yogurt paste.
Add ginger, garlic paste, and other ingredients. Add 1.5 glasses of water and
cover with a lid. Wait until the mixture boils. When the mixture starts boiling
leave it for 12 minutes on low flame.
Add
salt, red chili powder, turmeric, and other spices, and mix the ingredients
well. Now add chicken and cook on a medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes. After
cooking chicken for 7 to 8 minutes add oil and cook for 2 minutes on high
flame. Now cook the chicken on low flame for 15 minutes so the chicken becomes
tender and juicy. Now the chicken separates the oil and chicken korma is ready
to serve.
Serving:
Now
it’s time to serve this juicy and favorable chicken korma to your family. Scoop
out the chicken korma in plates. Serve with rice and naan (flatbread). Enjoy
