Red Chili Flakes                                                                                            1 tablespoon

Oregano                                                                                                         ½ teaspoon

Corn Flour                                                                                                      1 tablespoon

Mozilla Cheese                                                                                               100 grams

Cheddar Cheese                                                                                             100 grams

Oil                                                                                                                    For frying

Cooking:

To make this delicious snack, the first step is to boil potatoes. After boiling peel the skin from the potatoes and wait until the potatoes are cold. Mash the potatoes well when they are cold. After mashing take a bowl with mashed potatoes and add corn flour. Add other spices and herbs. Mix the spices well in the mashed potatoes. Now take cheese and cut it into small cubes. After cutting cover the cheese cubes with mashed potatoes. Make balls of mashed potatoes with cheese cubes inside. After making balls take bread crumbs and egg for coating. In a bowl break the eggs and whisk them well.

Now apply egg and bread crumbs to the cheese balls. First, dip the cheese ball into the egg and then in bread crumbs. After coating place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After 1 hour it's time to deep fry the cheese balls deep fry the cheese balls on medium flame for 4 minutes until they turn golden brown after frying scoop them out from the oil. Crispy from the outside and creamy from the inside cheese balls are ready to serve
