Sheer Khurma
Introduction:

Cooking:
First,
place a pan on the flame to prepare this delicious dish and add butter. Heat
the butter on low flame and add pistachio, walnuts, dates, and vermicelli. Save
the ingredients for further use. Fry the ingredients on low flame for 4 to 5
minutes. Now place a pot on the flame add milk and bring it to a boil, add
sugar, and stir until sugar dissolves. Now add food color, cloves, and green
cardamom and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame. Now add fried vermicelli and
other ingredients to the milk.
Cook
for 5 minutes on low flame and stir occasionally. After cooking for 5 to 6
minutes when vermicelli is tender and sheer khurma is thick remove from the
stove. Scoop out the sheer khurma in the serving bowl from the cooking pot. Now
add fried walnuts, pistachio, and dates ingredients for the garnish. Delicious
and yummy sheer khurma is ready to serve.
Serving:
Now
set the table to serve this delicious dish to your family and friends. Place
bowls and spoons on the table. Serve this yummy sweet dish hot or chilled
according to personal preference or local tradition. Scoop out in the bowl with
