Introduction:
Chicken
tikka boti is a flavorful and delicious dish from South Asia. In this dish,
chicken is marinated with different spices in yogurt. In this dish, chicken is
marinated for several hours or overnight. After marination, chicken is cooked
over a grill or a tandoor (clay oven). Cook the chicken until it becomes
tender. Serve this aromatic and full of flavors dish with naan (flatbread) or
rice.

Marination:
The
first step to make chicken tikka boti is to marinate chicken. Take 1 kilogram
of chicken and make 16 pieces. Add spices, garlic paste, and ginger paste in a
bowl. Add yogurt and food color to the bowl and mix the spices and other
ingredients. After mixing well cover the marination bowl and leave for several
hours or overnight so the chicken soaks the flavors.
Cooking:
After
marination, the second step is to cook the chicken. Now it’s time to preheat the charcoal grill,
make sure the coals are burned, and have medium heat. Now thread the chicken
pieces onto the skewers. Place a little space between every chicken piece so
the chicken cooks evenly. Place the chicken skewers on the grill for 8 to 10
minutes.
Rotate the skewers so the chicken is cooked
from both sides. Grease the chicken with oil this will keep the chicken soft
and full of moisture. After 8 to 10 minutes, the chicken is cooked. Put down
the chicken skewers and take the chicken out. Chicken tikka boti with aromatic
flavor and delicious taste is ready to serve.
Serving:
After
making such a delicious dish it’s time to serve before serving garnish this
flavorful dish with fresh green coriander leaves and lemon slices. Now set the
table with plates and water. Serve this chicken tikka boti with mint chutney
(sauce) or another favorite dipping sauce, Serve this delicious dish with naan
(flatbread) or rice.
