Cooking:
To prepare the crispy and delicious
chicken nuggets take 4 slices of large-sized bread. Cut the borders of the
bread cut the remaining bread into small cubes and mash it in the blender until
the bread turns into powder. Take boneless chicken (chest pieces) and cut it
into small cubes. Put the chicken cubes in the chopper along with mashed bread
and other spices mentioned above like, (chicken powder, salt, black pepper
powder, paprika powder, and garlic and ginger powder, oregano).
Blend the mixture well to make a
smooth paste. Take out the mixture from the blender in a bowl, grease your
hands with oil, and mash the mixture well so the spices and chicken get the
flavor. After mashing make a thin layer of mixture and cut it into bite-sized
small cubes with a knife or use molding to cut into different shapes.
Take an egg in a bowl and add white
pepper, salt, and milk then whisk well the mixture. Dip the chicken cubes in
the egg mixture one by one. After dipping the chicken cubes in the mixtures
apply bread crumbs on the cubes. Now leave the chicken nuggets in the
refrigerator for 1 hour.
After 1 hour take out the chicken
nuggets from the refrigerator. Place a pan with 1 cup oil on low flame and fry
the chicken nuggets on low flame for around 8 to 9 minutes change the sides
1 or 2 times until they turn golden brown. After fraying scoop out the chicken
nuggets from the oil on a paper towel dish. A paper towel absorbs the extra
oil from the chicken nuggets. Now your delicious and crispy chicken nuggets are
ready to serve.
