Chicken Karahi

tomato-based gravy. Karahi is a deep and circular cooking pot that is thick.
That's why the dish's name is chicken karahi. Everyone loves it because of its
rich gravy and unique taste. Chicken karahi can be made very easily. Chicken
karahi is a dish with a blend of spices. It is flavorful and delicious.

Cooking:
Now
it's time to make a delicious chicken karahi. Firstly, take a karahi pot with 1
kilogram of chicken with bones and small pieces. Place chicken karahi on the
flame. Add ginger, garlic, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, and red chili
flakes. Mix the spices well with the chicken and add tomatoes to the chicken's
top, which is cut in half. Cover the chicken karahi with a lid and leave for 10
minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the lid and peel the tomato's skin. Mash the
tomatoes and mix with karahi. Now increase the flame to high and add the dry
coriander, which is roasted and crushed. Add the roasted and crushed cumin
seed. Add fine Julian ginger and fine Julian garlic. Cook on high flame for 2
to 3 minutes. Add the ghee and fry for 4 to 5 minutes. Now lower the flame, add
the yogurt and fry for 4 to 5 minutes. Now add the black pepper and cook for 1 minute
on high flame. Chicken karahi is ready to serve. Garnish with ginger and green
chilies.
Serving:
After making delicious and aromatic spiced chicken karahi it’s time to serve. Set the table with standard-sized plates. Place water on the table. Scoop out the chicken karahi with an equal amount of gravy and chicken. Serve with flatbread (naan) or rice. Enjoy every bite of the meal with your guests.
