Cooking:
Let’s
start to make thick and delicious chicken Haleem. Mix the pulses, rice, and
wheat. Firstly wash the pulses and soak them overnight. The second step is to
boil chicken for Haleem. Take 2 liters of stock water, 1 teaspoon oil, and
chicken in the pressure cooker and cook on low flame for 18 to 20 minutes. Now
place the mixed lentils on the low flame. Keep removing the foam that forms on
the top of the lentils when they are on the flame. Keep removing until the foam
ends. Cook pulses until they are tender. Do not leave any foam on the pulses if
you want to make Haleem flavorful. Now take out the boiled chicken and shred it
with hand into small pieces.
Add
pulses to the boiled chicken water and other ingredients like ginger paste,
garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, dry coriander, cumin seed
powder, black pepper powder, and hot masala powder. On low flame cook Haleem
for 10 to 15 minutes. Take 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil and roast the chicken to
get the flavor and shine. Blend the boiled pulses in a blender when they are
cool. After blending, place the pulses on the high flame check, adjust the spices,
and cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Now add shredded chicken to the pulses and cook
until it becomes thick. When Haleem is thick it's ready to serve.
