Seekh Kabab
Introduction:
Seekh
kabab is a very famous dish that is cooked with charcoal flame. It's made by
mixing various spices, herbs, onion, garlic, and minced meat. Make the mixture
and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 hours to get flavor. After some time,
mold it onto the skewer and cook until the meat is tender and get cooked. Serve
the dish with mint chutney, onions, and naans (flatbread). Seekh kabab is a
delicious dish that comes from South Asian cuisine.

Preparation:
Make
ready the ingredients to make beef seekh kabab and marinate the beef. In a bowl
take beef with 20 percent fat. Add spices according to the prescription and
other ingredients. Roast and crush cumin seed and dry coriander to add to the
mixture. Mix well the spices with beef and other ingredients. Put the
ingredients in the blender and blend until the Beef gets minced. Take out in a
bowl. Add ghee to the beef mixture and mix well for 4 to 5 minutes. Wrap the
bowl with wrapping paper or cover the bowl with a lid and place it in the
refrigerator for 1 hour so the beef gets flavor.
Cooking:
After
Marination it’s time to make seekh kabab. Take out the mixture from the
refrigerator and mold it onto the skewers. Make about 10 to 12 moldings with
the mixture. Now it’s time to grill the beef on the charcoal flame. Put the
skewers on the charcoal flame and cook. Once the kababs are cooked from one
side rotate the kababs and apply oil. Repeat the procedure until the kababs are
tender and cooked. After cooking take out the kababs from the skewers and juicy
and tender seekh kababs are ready to serve.
Serving:
After
making seekh kababs now it’s time to serve the delicious and tender seekh
kababs to your guests. Seekh kababs are normally served hot with hot naans
(flatbread) and different sauces like mint chutney and sliced onions. Seekh
kababs are used as a main course, or a side dish in a meal. Make sure to keep
knives and forks on the table. Enjoy the food and make sure not to waste the
food.
