Fruit Trifle
Introduction:
Fruit
trifle is a very delicious dessert. Fruit trifle is made from layers of cake,
custard, fruit, and whipped cream. Fruit trifle is a dish that is normally
served after food. Fruit trifle can be customized with your favorite custard
flavor and fruits. Fruit trifle is a good choice to serve after dinner to
guests or for celebration.
Ingredients:

Preparation:
In
the preparation of fruit trifle, there are two main steps which will be held.
The first step is making custard which is a mixture of dry milk, corn flour/corn
starch, and flavors, the second step is making jelly which is a mixture of
gelatin flavors and sweeteners.
Custard Making:
To
make a Fruit trifle, the first step is to make the custard. Keep the milk on
the stove for boiling in a pot. Mix the half-pack of vanilla custard in a plate
with milk to pour in boiling milk. Add sugar to milk and stir. Pour the mixed
custard when the milk starts boiling and start mixing the spoon until the
custard gets thick. Remove from flame after three to five minutes and stir for
some time, and your custard is ready.
Jelly Making:
Let's
make jelly and add the dried mixture to the pot. Now add one cup of warm water
to the jelly. Place it on the flame for two to three minutes on a medium-low
flame. Stir continuously while the jelly is on the flame. After 2 or 3 minutes jelly is ready. Now let's pour it on the plate or any kind of mold that you
like. Same as making the other flavor of jelly.
Assembling:
After
preparing custard and jelly now it's time for assembling. First, arrange the
layer of biscuits or cake (if using) in a large glass bowl. Pour the half
custard on the layer of biscuits. Top the custard layer with apples (cube cut),
grapes (half Cut), fruit cocktails, and jelly. Repeat the layering process
until you've finished all the ingredients. Finish the layering process with
whipped cream at the top (if using). Garnish with a fruit cocktail, fruits, and
biscuits. Cover the fruit trifle with a lid or wrapping paper and leave in the
refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight so the trifle flavor melds together.
Serving:
When
the trifle is chilled it's time to serve this yummy dish to your guests. Set
the table for serving. Fruit trifle can be served in a glass bowl or glass cups,
so the layers of the trifle remain visible. If you're making a single dish like
fruit trifle, make it a little extra to ensure that everyone gets enough.
