Nargisi Kofta
Introduction:
Nargisi
kofta is a famous Mughlai dish. In this dish boiled eggs are covered with a
mixture of chicken and spices. After covering eggs these chicken balls are deep
fried. It is cooked in a gravy of tomatoes, onion, yogurt, and aromatic spices.
it is a delicious dish from Indian cuisine. it is a flavorful and easy dish
that's why everyone loves to eat.

Gravy:

Mixture Making:
Let’s
get ready to prepare the chicken marination for egg coating. Add minced
chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped green chili, and other ingredients
in a chopper. Add spices and chop the ingredients until the mixture is finely
minced and all the ingredients are mixed. Cover with wrapping paper and place
the marination in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Now take the chicken
marination and cover up the eggs with meat. Cover up the eggs well with a thick
layer of marination and make sure no cracks remain in the coating. Now fry
until nargisi kofta turns golden brown. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes from each side
on low flame.
Cooking:
After
frying nargisi kofta it’s time to cook them in rich gravy. add oil place a pan
on flame and. Add finely chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes. Now add ginger
garlic paste and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes. Add finely chopped tomatoes,
red chili powder, turmeric, dry coriander, black pepper crushed, and cumin
seed, and cook until it separates. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Place the
fried nargisi kofta in a gravy pan and add the hot masala. Cover the pan and
cook for 10 to 12 minutes on low flame. Nargisi kofta with rich gravy is ready
to serve.
Serving:
Now
it’s time to serve this delicious food with your family and friends. Set up the
table with standard-sized plates, spoons, and water. Scoop out the nargisi
kofta with an equal amount of gravy and cut the nargisi kofta in half. Serve
with flatbread (naan) and enjoy the food. Make sure to use food wisely.
