Chicken Spring Rolls 

Introduction:

Spring Roll is a delightful dish from East Asia. Spring rolls are beloved for their creativity, lightness, and crunchiness. Spring rolls are used as snacks or appetizers in different parts of the world. Spring rolls are made with fillings. Spring rolls are easy to make that's why everyone loves them.

Ingredients:

Chicken (boneless)                                                                                       500 grams

Capsicum                                                                                                      250 grams

Cabbage                                                                                                        200 grams

Carrot                                                                                                            200 grams

Onion                                                                                                             200 grams

Oil                                                                                                                   1 cup / 240 ml

Stock Water                                                                                                  1 cup

Chili Sauce                                                                                                     3 tablespoons

Soya Sauce                                                                                                    3 tablespoons

Garlic                                                                                                              1.5 tablespoon

Black Pepper (crushed)                                                                               1.5 tablespoon

White Pepper                                                                                                1.5 tablespoon

Sugar                                                                                                              1 tablespoon

Vinegar                                                                                                           1 tablespoon

Salt                                                                                                                  ½ tablespoon

Egg                                                                                                                  2 pieces

Wrap Ingredients:

Corn Floor                                                                                                      1 cup

All Purpose Floor                                                                                          1 cup

Egg                                                                                                                  1 piece

Salt                                                                                                                  as required

Water                                                                                                              300 ml

Mixture Making:

The first step to make a chicken spring roll is to boil the chicken and divide it into small pieces. Cut the vegetables into fine slices. Place a pan on the flame and add oil until it gets hot. Add chopped garlic, ginger, and fry for 1 minute on medium flame. Add capsicum and fry for 1 minute. Add carrot, cabbage, boiled chicken, chili sauce, and soya sauce mix the ingredients and fry until the vegetables are soft. After mixing add other spices and ingredients and fry well on high flame for 2 minutes. Now the filling is ready for spring roll scoop it out from the pot and leave it to cool.

Wrap Making:

Now it's time to make thin wrappings for chicken spring rolls. In a bowl, take one cup of corn flour, one cup of all-purpose flour, salt, and egg. Mix the ingredients well and beat the ingredients to make a smooth dough. After beating add water and mix well. Now place a pan on the low flame. Pour the batter into the pan and scoop out the extra batter to make a thin layer for the spring roll wrappings. Cook better for 1 to 2 minutes. Wrapping for the chicken spring roll is ready. Make all the wrapping the same as the process above.

Making:

Now it's time to make spring rolls. Take a dough wrap for wrapping. Place a mixture of vegetables and other ingredients as required and wrap the ingredients to make a roll. Make other spring rolls the same as the procedure above.

Place a pan on medium flame with oil to fry the spring rolls. Fry all the spring rolls on medium flame until they turn golden brown. Scoop out the oil on a paper towel to remove extra oil. Chicken spring rolls are ready to serve

Serving:

Now it’s time to serve this delicious snack. Set the table with knives, forks, and water. Serve this delicious snack with different dips like cocktail sauce, ketchup, and mayonnaise.
